Dr. Amalesh Kumar Manna has 2 years of experience in teaching undergraduate courses in Engineering Mathematics and 2 years 6 months of experience in postdoctoral research work. He got the UGC-Dr. D. S. Kothari Post-Doctoral Fellowship (DSKPDF) award in 2019. He worked as a UGC-Dr. D. S. Kothari Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Burdwan, West Bengal, India. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from Vidyasagar University, West Bengal, India. He received his M.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics with “Operations Research” specialization from Vidyasagar University, West Bengal. He has published forty-five research papers in SCI/SCIE/ SCOPUS journals. His broad research area of interest lies in the fields of inventory control, supply chain management, computational optimization in crisp and interval environments and metaheuristic algorithms. He is currently working on inventory control and supply chain management in crisp, fuzzy, stochastic and interval environments.
