Interaction of M.Sc. Students with eminent Scientific leaders at IoP, Bhubaneswar
Under the great initiative of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, Institute of Physics Bhubaneswar a premiere DAE institution has organized an interesting outreach activity for BSc and MSc students. A group of M.Sc. Physics and Chemistry students participated in the program on 25 th August 2022 accompanied and guided by Dr. Jagnyaseni Tripathy, Department of Physics, School of Applied Sciences, KIIT. As a part of the event students got the opportunity to not only hear some of the great leaders in current science as Prof. A. K. Tyagi, Head Chemistry division of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, and Prof. K. K. Nanda, Director, Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar, but also had an extensive interactive session. They learnt about the scopes and challenges in the field of scientific research and career option in Science. Overall it was a great event presenting the students with ample opportunity for interaction and learn from the leaders.
