Dr. Bidubhusan Sahu completed his M.Sc. in Physics from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, and obtained his M.Phil. from Utkal University. He earned his Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from North Orissa University, Baripada, in 2011. He served as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar, from 2010 to 2012 before joining KIIT Deemed to be University in 2012. In 2014, he received the DST–SERB Fast Track Research Project, successfully completing it in 2019. He has supervised two Ph.D. scholars and currently guides five doctoral students. His research interests include theoretical nuclear physics, interaction potentials, heavy-ion reactions, nuclear structure, Density Functional Theory, and RMF theory.
