Dr. Suman Sarkar is an Assistant Professor-I in the Department of Mathematics, School of Applied Sciences, at KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar. He earned his M.Sc. in Mathematics from NIT Durgapur in 2017, where he graduated as a Gold Medalist. After qualifying for the NET (2016, 2019) and GATE (2017) exams, he joined NIT Rourkela to pursue his PhD, which he obtained in 2023.

Dr. Sarkar is actively involved in developing Numerical Solutions for Boundary Value Problems and exploring the applications of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI & ML) through Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs).
