Dr. V. Rao Mundlapati is a Assistant Professor-II in the Department of Chemistry at KIIT Deemed to be University. He earned his PhD from NISER, Bhubaneswar, in 2018. His research expertise spans Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations, conformational studies, laser spectroscopy, astrochemistry, and environmental chemistry. He has over six years of postdoctoral experience in leading European research institutions. He also contributed to environmental chemistry research involving laser-matter interactions. Currently, his work focuses on DFT-based computational studies, biomolecular and material stabilization through non-covalent interactions, astrochemical spectroscopy.
