Assistant Professor II
Dr. Suvasis Nayak is working as Assistant Professor-II in the Department of Mathematics, SAS, KIIT Deemed to be University since 2018. He was conferred the Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar. His broad area of research is OPTIMIZATION that comprises multi-objective optimization, linear/nonlinear mathematical programming, fuzzy programming, optimization with uncertainty and so on. So far, he has successfully guided some dissertations of M.Sc. projects and one Ph.D. Thesis in the field of Optimization. Besides, he is teaching different courses of Mathematics to the students at UG & PG level and guiding some Ph.D. Scholars.
