Sarbari Acharya
Assistant Professor II
Dr. Sarbari Acharya is an Assistant Professor at the School of Applied Sciences, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT-DU) since 2018. She completed her Ph.D. in 2017 from the Institute of Life Sciences, Bhubaneswar. Her research focuses on nanotechnology-based drug delivery for cancer therapy, particularly nanoparticle formulations targeting tumor microenvironment and cancer stem cells to overcome drug resistance and relapse. She has 18 peer-reviewed journal publications and 9 book chapters. She has received a UGC-FRPS research grant for a project on phyto-nanotherapeutics in breast cancer and also studies phytochemicals and microbial biofilms.
