Supriya Roy

Assistant Professor

Dr. Supriya Roy recieved his doctorate in Physics in 2014 from Department of Physics, IIT Guwahati. Then, he joined as an Assistant Professor in Department of Physics, School of Applied Sciences, KIIT, Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar. Here, he teaches Engineering Physics to B. Tech. students as well as M. Sc. course. He got Post Doctoral experience in the Institute of Physics, Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan during 2016-2020. Presently he joins back to KIIT and continuing his service. His field of research covers a vast area such as biophysics, soft matter and ionic diffusion in solid state electrolyte materials. He uses computational simulation techniques, such as molecular dynamics, monte carlo etc. to pursue his research.
