Bhavya Bhushan

Associate Professor

Dr. Bhavya Bhushan completed BSc Hons and MSc in Physics from T. M. Bhagalpur University with specialization in Solid State Physics. She obtained PhD degree in Physics form Jadavpur University. She has also a receipant of DST International Travel Grant and CSIR SRF. Before joining KIIT in 2012, she worked as Assistant Professor (on contract) at Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi. She has completed one research project from SERB-DST and actively involved in several other collaborative research projects. Three students have obtained Ph.D. degree under her supervision and all are well placed in institutions of repute as BARC, IISER etc. She is a life member of Materials Research Society of India and Indian Science Congress Association. She is also serving as Reviewer for prestigious journals of Elsevier and Springer publications.
