Dr. Panda completed his doctorate in Biophysical Chemistry and Biochemistry from Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar. He did his postdoctoral studies in the field of lens crystallin from SUNY Albany USA. He is currently engaged both in teaching and research. The research work in his lab is mainly focused on exploring the role of mutations, stress and posttranslational modifactions on the structure, dynamics and function of small heat shock proteins and lens crystallins which plays a vital role in the diseases such as tuberculosis and cataract. Arun Kumar Gupta is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of mathematics, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Dr. A. K. Gupta completed his Ph. D. in Mathematics in the year 2017 from National Institute of Technology Rourkela, Odisha, India. He received his M. Sc. degree in Mathematics in 2011. He has about three years of teaching experience at undergraduate level. He also has about six years of research experience in various fields of Applied Mathematics. Dr. Bhavya Bhushan obtained her Ph.D. degree in physics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata in 2011 and joined KIIT in 2012 as assistant professor. In the intervening period, July 2011- Aug 2012, she worked as a faculty member at Centre for Applied Physics, Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi. At KIIT, she has been actively engaged in teaching and research. She is currently heading a project on multiferroic nanomaterials funded by SERB-DST, Govt. of India. He is currently serving in the School of Applied Sciences(Mathematics) of KIIT deemed to be University, Odisha, India. He is working on Weather Research and Forecasting especially on Tropical Cyclones, Monsoon depressions and climate simulations using Mathematical Models(WRF model and WRFDA model).

Pradhan obtained his Master Degree in Physics from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar followed by his PhD in experimental condensed matter physics from the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bangalore. Following his PhD, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Texas, Austin, USA and at the Pierre and Marie Curie University, Paris, France. He also worked as a visiting researcher at Lulea University of Technology, Sweden and as a research associate at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Prior to joining KIIT University, he was a visiting scientist at Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar.

Dr. Gorky Shaw is from Chalsa, Jalpaiguri (W.B.). He passed both 10th and 12th standards From Caesar School, Mal, Jalpaiguri (C.B.S.E.), as school topper. Then he completed B.Sc. (Hons. In Physics) in 2005 from Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira, Belurmath, Howrah and was ranked 1st in College and 5th in University of Calcutta. He secured All India Rank 4 in the IIT-JAM 2005 examination and joined the M.Sc.-Ph.D. (dual degree) program at IIT Kanpur.
